A free justice of the peace service is available at Willows Shopping Centre every Wednesday between 9am and 3pm and Saturday from 9am until 1pm. The volunteers are located behind the Customer Service Desk, near the Target forecourt.

Willows Sunday Markets and weekend traders offer local residents and tourists an opportunity to purchase fresh produce, arts and crafts, freshly baked goodies and much more. The markets currently host over 140 stallholders, and has fast become one of Thuringowa's most popular weekend events run by the local Rotary Club.

The markets operate every Sunday between  7.00am and 11.30am.

Willows Shopping Centre provides both wheelchairs and electric scooters to customers.

They are available for hire from the Customer Service Desk, located in front of Target.

Willows Shopping Centre is proud to provide Kiddy Cars for hire free of charge, from the Customer Service Desk located in front of Target.

To hire a kiddy car, we require a form of photographic identification.

Being a part of the Kids Club entitles kids to a range of goodies, plus it's free and available to anyone aged between 0-12 years. The new & improved Kids Club is here providing lots more fun and excitement.To join, simply pick up a form from the Customer Service Desk. Your Kids Club Membership Card will be sent out once your registration form has been received plus lots of goodies.

Willows Shopping Centre provides senior citizens of the community with an exclusive card, which enables them to obtain fantastic discounts from over 40 retailers. To be entitled to discounts, seniors are classified as being 50 years or older in age.

The card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Special conditions may apply.

The Seniors Discount Card can be obtained from the Customer Service Desk or via phone on (07) 4799 9100, email or at Payless Chemist.
