The Property industry is Australia’s biggest employer and largest industry, creating hundreds of different types of jobs involving every type of building, in landmark projects where people live, work, shop and play. The industry represents 13% of Australia’s GDP, employs 1.4 million Australians (more than mining and manufacturing combined) and secures the future of 14.8 million Australians who have a financial stake in property through their super funds.
Dexus manages Willows Shopping Centre, and is proud to be a corporate leader member of the Property Council of Australia. We play an important part in the Property Council’s advocacy priorities and share their vision to sustain a thriving industry creating prosperity, jobs and strong communities.

BIG Change for Small Change
Willows creates 'BIG Change for Small Change' in an Australian first charity event.
On Thursday 21 September 2017, Willows hosted a community event that aimed to give back to the local community and make a difference to the lives of children by supporting the important work of the Townsville Hospital Foundation - supporting children's and youth health services.
In what’s believed to be a first for an Australian property group, Willows is one of up to ten Dexus managed shopping centres nationally that charged a gold coin donation upon entry to the centre on this day. Funds raised will directly support children’s health care in each local area.
We are proud to announce that $2,566.90 was raised for the Townsville Hospital Foundation.
Thank you so much for making a difference as a local community.
“Supporting families with adolescent children is central to Willows. We see this as an important way to give back and make a difference in our local community,” says Willows Centre Manager Andrew Stallan.
Thank you to our partners for proudly supporting BIG Change for Small Change
